At PropelX Labs, we aim to deliver high-quality learning experiences and products. Please read the policy below before making a purchase.
1. Programs, Classes & Workshops
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled start date of a class or workshop. Requests made after this period are not eligible for a refund.
Missed Sessions
No refunds are provided for missed or partially attended sessions. Rescheduling or class credit may be offered at our discretion.
Cancellation by PropelX Labs
If a program is canceled by PropelX Labs, you may choose a full refund or enroll in another program of equal value.
2. STEAM Kits & Physical Products
Returns
STEAM kits can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products may be marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase, including custom items.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Digital products and LMS access once activated
- Custom or personalized kits
- Discounted or promotional purchases
4. Exchanges & Replacements
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images for assistance.
5. Events Beyond Our Control
PropelX Labs is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters or government restrictions.
